The Early Childhood Education Program at Pratibha foundation has been designed to prepare qualified freshers with a professional interest in the care and education of young children in order to make the freshers quality teachers, and also to upgrade the skills of existing teachers.

Learning Outcomes
On completion of the ECCE course, Teacher Training Diploma recipients will be able to:
Create and maintain a safe and healthy environment for young children as per ECCE.
Develop relationships with children based on enhancing self-esteem and problem-solving skills.
Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning environments.
Establish co-operation with parents and other family members as prescribed by the course.
Maintain current knowledge in the field and participate in on-going professional development.
Employ a variety of contemporary research strategies in the field of ECCE.
ECCE Course Content
Our expert panel conducts extensive research to bring constant improvisation to the curriculum.
Practical Training / Internship
All our ECCE trainees will get an opportunity to complete one-month intensive practical training / internship in our preschool.
- Observe teaching techniques of trained ECCE teachers.
- Work with preschoolers in a live classroom.
- Enhance knowledge of preschool management and set-up.
Viva Voce
It improves teaching skills and prepares trainees for interviews and demos.
Workshops
We conduct workshops on curriculum planning, rhymes, phonetics, and projects to equip you for preschool challenges.
Certification
The marksheet and certificate of Early Childhood Care and Education Teacher Training Diploma Programme will be available after successful completion.
